I thought Lee was a fantastic personal trainer. I had a whole list of misgivings before signing up. I'm a 52-year-old woman, with all sorts of issues related to this - self-consciousness, not wanting to feel pressured into doing things I wasn't comfortable with, incontinence, concerns about bone strength, losing weight after menopause, effects of hormones... Lee set me a program ideally suited to address my needs, he was encouraging, respectful and very knowledgeable. He was great at explaining the correct technique and making adjustments according to what was needed. I now have clear goals, and a good understanding of how to reach them. After 3 sessions with Lee I was able to train independently several times a week, progressing the exercises. I now feel confident at the gym and that I'm making great progress with increased strength, weight loss, stronger bones and overall fitness. Lee Beck is an absolute legend for PT. From the get go, he's been nothing but professional. I spent five invaluable months working with Lee from July - Nov 2018 to strengthen my back after a rowing injury and to kickstart my overall return to exercise which had been lacking for many months.
