Q. Is this for gym or home workouts?
A. Both! During the onboarding process I will find out exactly what equipment/facilities you have access to and will create a bespoke plan for you.

Q. Do I need to be fit before we start?
A. No. You will be assessed on your current fitness levels, and there is no need to 'get fit first'. Tribe Oxford will build that foundation quickly and safely with you if you need it.

Q. How often Will I train?
A. For most people, we would say that 3-4 sessions per week is optimal. This will allow enough volume and consistency to make changes to your body. Any fewer than that and it may feel like you're starting all over again each week. Once we learn a little more about you and your lifestyle, we can advise on the best frequency for you.

Q. How do I view and complete my workouts?
A. It’s really simple, once you’ve purchased your chosen package, you’ll be sent a link with the relevant access for you log into at the App or Web Dashboard. Once I create your bespoke plan your training, nutrition and progress will be logged on there.

Q. What's your cancellation policy?
A. If you wish to cancel a package, this can done at anytime.
