Q. What do I need to bring to our sessions?
A. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! Trainers, shorts or leggings, t-shirt or long-sleeve top and a bottle of water are great.

Q. Do I need to be fit before we start?
A. No. You will be assessed on your current fitness levels, and there is no need to 'get fit first'. Tribe Oxford will build that foundation quickly and safely with you if you need it.

Q. How often should I train?
A. For most people, we would say that 3-4 sessions per week is optimal. This will allow enough volume and consistency to make changes to your body. Any fewer than that and it may feel like you're starting all over again each week. Once we learn a little more about you and your lifestyle, we can advise on the best frequency for you.

Q. Is it ok that I have an injury?
A. Yes. We work with aches, pains, previous conditions and ensure that your workouts are fitted around this. If needed, we may refer you to a specialist but for most this won't be needed. Your safety is of paramount importance to us. We have colleagues in physiotherapy, massage and osteopathy if we need to work on any issues, and we will never take on a client where it is unsafe to do so.

Q. Does it matter how old I am?
A. No! We have clients of all ages. Your training will be tailored to your individual needs.

Q. What's your cancellation policy?
A. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask for at least 24 hours notice. A session can be cancelled or rescheduled, however cancellations / rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur the full session fee. This is a standard fitness industry cancellation policy

Q. Do you offer outdoor training?
A. Yes, absolutely. I currently train clients using a variety of equipment at parks in Oxford, predominantly University Park and South Park. We use a variety of equipment suck as pull up bars, gymnastic rings, resistance bands and bodyweight training to let you lean and strong.
